Pete joined the Sunday Telegraph sports photography team in 1983, as the rugby union specialist, after several years of working local papers in North West London.

Pete Jenkins has been a sports photographer since the late 1970 s and owned the SpedeGrafix Sports Photo-library. A Rugby Union enthusiast from an early age Pete started working professionally whilst still at school. Supplying rugby magazines and local newspapers from age sixteen, Pete never looked back.

Pete lives with his wife Julie just outside Nottingham and now has a career photographing conferences and events, for International clients, has lectured at several universities, and run seminars of various aspects of the business of photography.
